Features Include: stainless steel body, glass top, auto-off safety function, quick touch level selection, exact temperature, wattage, and timer settings. This commercial certified cook top comes with a standard 120V plug found in most residential and commercial areas.
This unit gives you the same efficiency as our normal induction cooktops, but with the power and control of a commercial-grade appliance. Induction heating utilizes magnetic field technology to stimulate the molecules within magnetic vessels, resulting in the generation of heat. This unit features 9 power levels from 200 to 1750 watts, 11 adjustable temperature settings from 150-450F, and a timer up to 180 minutes.
